This explains what we hold, why, and for how long. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

If you only look at the free report

Searching for your café and reading its report does not create an account and does not store anything about you. We read your public Google listing and show you the result. We do not keep it, and we do not email you afterwards because we have no way to.

If you buy

• Your name and email — to identify the order and send you the link to your replies. Email is required; everything else is optional.
• Phone and billing address — optional. Our payment provider asks for them to assess fraud risk.
• Your business name, address and Google place identifier — so we read the right branch and not another shop with the same name.
• The reviews you selected and the replies we wrote — kept so the page still works when you come back to it, and so we can replace a reply you are unhappy with.

We do not receive or store your card details. Those go directly to our payment provider, PayTR, and never touch our servers. PayTR is the data controller for the payment itself.

The reviews themselves

Reviews are already public on Google, including the reviewer's display name. We read them, we write a reply, and we store both against your order. We do not build profiles of reviewers, we do not combine reviews across businesses to identify people, and we do not sell or share any of it.

Who else sees it

• PayTR — payment processing.
• Anthropic — the review text you selected is sent to their model to write the reply.
• Scrapingdog — used to read your public Google listing.
• Vercel and Supabase — hosting and database.

Nobody else. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and there is no analytics cookie — which is why you were not asked to accept one.

Where it is held

Our servers and database are hosted outside the United Kingdom, and we operate from Türkiye. If you would rather your order data were not held this way, do not buy — the free report stores nothing, so you can still use that.

How long

Order records and replies are kept for two years, so you can come back to them and so we have a record if a payment is disputed. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep a payment record.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not charge for this and we do not require a form. If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first — and if that does not resolve it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
