Terms of sale
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms apply when you buy replies from ReviewVoice at reviewvoice.co.uk. Please read them before you pay — buying means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
ReviewVoice is operated by CSKN Teknoloji, a business owned by Kamil Coşkun, registered and operating in Istanbul, Türkiye since 1 October 2019. We are not registered in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@reviewvoice.co.uk.
What you are buying
A fixed number of written replies to Google reviews of your business — ten replies for £25, or five for £15. This is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- You choose which of your unanswered reviews are answered. We do not choose for you.
- We write the reply text and show it to you. We do not publish anything. Posting a reply on Google is your action, on your account, at your discretion.
- You may edit any reply before you use it. Once you post it, the published text is yours.
- We do not need, ask for, or receive access to your Google Business Profile.
What we do not promise
We write replies. We do not promise that answering reviews will raise your rating, your ranking, your traffic or your sales. Anyone who promises you that is guessing. What we promise is the replies themselves: written for your business, about the review in front of them, and checked against a fixed list of things we will not say.
- We do not admit fault on your behalf.
- We do not promise refunds, discounts or free items in your name.
- We do not guarantee the future or blame the customer.
- We do not move the conversation into your inbox.
How the replies are written
Replies are produced by our own software, which reads the review you selected and writes an answer in English. A person does not read every reply before it reaches you — you do. That is why you see each one in full before you use it, and why nothing is published automatically.
We read your reviews from your public Google listing. We do not scrape anything that is not already public, and we do not collect your customers' personal data beyond what Google already shows on the review itself.
What we stand behind
Every reply we hand you has been produced through a defined process and checked, before you see it, against a fixed list of things it must not do. That list is not decoration — it covers admitting fault on your behalf, promising compensation, guaranteeing the future, blaming the reviewer, moving the conversation off the page, disclosing anything about the reviewer they did not disclose themselves, offering anything in exchange for a review being changed or removed, and referring to a reviewer's race, religion, disability or sexuality. Replies that fail any of those checks are rewritten before they reach you, and if a rewrite still fails, you get a deliberately plain reply instead of a risky one.
We stand behind the reply as we delivered it. If a reply we wrote, published unchanged, causes you a problem, tell us and we will deal with it.
We do not stand behind an edited reply. The moment you change the wording — a sentence added, a phrase softened, a fact inserted — it is your text, written by you, and we have no way to check it. The same applies to anything you write yourself and publish alongside it. This is not a technicality: a single added sentence can turn a careful reply into an admission.
In every case, and whether the reply was edited or not, our financial liability is limited to what you paid us for that pack. We are a supplier of written text, not your insurer.
Your responsibility
You decide what to post. Before publishing a reply, read it. If a reply contains something that is not true of your business, do not post it — tell us and we will write another. Once published under your name, the reply is your public statement.
If something goes wrong
If a reply is unusable, tell us and we will replace it. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund it. See our refund policy.
Our liability is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for lost profit, lost rankings, or anything that follows from a reply you chose to publish.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Changes
We may change these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you paid.
