Refunds and cancellation

We would rather refund you than have you post a reply you do not believe in. The policy is deliberately simple.

Before any replies are written

If you have paid but not yet generated any replies, email us and we refund the full amount. No reason needed, no questions.

After some replies are written

Each reply in your pack is a unit. If you have used some and want to stop, we refund the ones you have not used, at the per-reply price of the pack you bought.

• Ten-pack: £2.50 per unused reply.
• Five-pack: £3.00 per unused reply.

If a reply is not good enough

Tell us which one and why. We will write it again at no cost — that does not use up another unit of your pack. If we still cannot write one you would publish, we refund that unit.

How to ask

Email hello@reviewvoice.co.uk from the address you used at checkout, and tell us the name of your business. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

What we cannot refund

We cannot undo a reply you have already published on Google — that is on your own account and only you can remove it. We can refund the unit; we cannot unpublish it for you.
