Every tool here can write a reply with AI. Thanking someone for five stars is the easy part. The difference is in the layers: whether a reply is checked before it goes live, whether a reply to a negative review is published without waiting for you, where the voice comes from, and whether publication is recorded.

Of the tools in this table, the ones that describe what happens to a negative review route it back to the owner: low-star reviews come back to you to answer, are flagged to escalate, or wait until someone signs them off. ReviewVoice publishes the reply to a one-star review too, without waiting for manual approval — after it passes 3 main + 14 sub-checks. A reply that fails a check is not published.
