What your reply audit shows

Every ten-reply pack includes an audit of the replies already published under your name. It is not sold separately and there is no upgrade — you get it because you cannot judge a new reply without knowing what the old ones look like.

Below is a real audit of a real London café, with the business removed. The numbers are exactly what came out; nothing was rounded or improved.

20
reviews read
100%
reply rate — they answer every one
18
replies that end with the same sentence
0
median anchoring score

Read those four boxes together, because the story is in the contrast. This café answers every single review — by the usual measure they are doing everything right, and most guides would call them a model business.

Then look at the last two. Eighteen of their twenty replies end with the same sentence, and the median anchoring score is zero — the middle reply in that set touches nothing the reviewer actually wrote. Ninety per cent score zero. The replies are not late, not rude and not wrong. They are simply not about anyone.

“…look forward to welcoming you back.”

Their closing, used 18 times in 20 replies — and found at 50 other London cafés in the same scan.

That is the part worth sitting with. The sentence is not bad English. It is just not theirs, and a customer reading three of their replies in a row can tell.

Sentences you use more than once

“We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.”×18
“Thanks so much for visiting ———!”×18
“Thanks so much for your valued feedback.”×2
“We are sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your ——— experience.”×2

In the report these are printed in full. Every sentence, with its count, exactly as it was published — because the sentences arethe finding. What we remove is the identities inside them: the business name, its email address, and the reviewers' first names. Those show as ———. Nothing else is hidden.

We apply the same rule to the replies we write for you: nothing about a reviewer that the reviewer did not say themselves.

What our checks flag in the replies already published

The same fixed list every reply we write has to survive, run against the replies already on your listing. This café is clean on most of it — one family came up.

Unanswered reviews, ranked by what they cost you

The café above answers everything, so this section is empty for them. For most cafés it is the longest part of the report: every unanswered review, ordered by how recent it is, how low the rating is, and how much the reviewer actually wrote. You work down the list instead of guessing where to start.

Included with every pack

Ten replies for £25, and this audit with them. There is no separate price for the report and no version of the pack that leaves it out.

Figures measured from live Google listings in August 2026. The audited business is not named and cannot be identified from this page.
