Check a review reply before you publish it
A reply under a Google review is public, permanent and written in your business's name. Paste one here and we run the same checks we run on our own writing: whether it concedes fault, promises something you cannot promise, pushes the customer off the page, or simply says nothing. We also tell you how many other UK cafés publish the same sentence — measured across 423 of them, not estimated.
What this checks, and why
Three things decide whether a published reply helps you or quietly costs you. Whether it is safe — a reply that concedes fault in writing is evidence, and it stays up. Whether it is yours — a sentence that appears at thirty other businesses tells the reader nobody was really reading. And whether it is about that review — the single thing a customer checks before deciding you are worth their evening.
The checker is honest about its limits. If you do not give us the review, it will not pretend to measure the third one. If the review is not in English, it says so instead of printing a number it cannot stand behind.
