How Kirkstall cafés answer their Google reviews

I ordered a box from too good to go once and all they had left were sandwiches. They did not specify this as I thought I was buying cookies. I would have been ok with it as whatever but the only two sandwiches they had left which I got were bacon. Again this wasn’t said and I’m a vegetarian, the staff just looked at each like they thought it was funny after I said I’m vegetarian do you have anything else (they didn’t). I didn’t even get slightly annoyed (i don’t like confrontation 😂) and the three of them made me feel really uncomfortable straight off the bat? Like it’s one thing if I was rude but I wasn’t, really weird behaviour. I used to like their food! Not again sadly
