How City Centre cafés answer their Google reviews
In August 2026 we read every reply we could find published by 5 cafés in City Centre — 60 of them. This page is what we counted. Nothing on it is estimated, and no business is named.
Replies here run at or below the Belfast median of 20 words. Short is fine — short and specific is what works. Short and generic is what most of these are. 52% of them touch nothing the reviewer actually wrote.

We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience at our café. Can you please get in touch with us via email at ——— to talk about this further.
A cold scone is not something we'd serve on purpose — the standard is straightforward: if it isn't right, it shouldn't go out. We take that seriously, whatever the day or the hour. On the t-shirts, fair point. Prices should be visible.
