One Oldfield Park review, answered twice
Thank you for your kind words about the food we are really glad you enjoyed it! We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. Our toilets are currently in the middle of a remodel, and we do have signage in place to make guests aware, but we appreciate your patience while we work to improve the facilities. We also take great pride in our service, which is usually reflected in our other reviews, so it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short on this occasion. We always welcome feedback and would really appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns at the time during your visit. ——— the service charge, a 12.5% charge is standard for table service, including lunch. However, this is entirely discretionary, and guests are always welcome to have it removed if they feel the service did not meet their expectations. We do hope to welcome you back again soon for an even better experience.
Thanks for the kind words on the food. The service charge is optional and can be taken off the bill before you pay — worth knowing for next time. The toilets are noted.
