The food was good but the service was meh being told it will be 20 minutes and waiting 45 minutes for some eggs is crazy to me. ——— I don't think I will go again 😕

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback ———, and I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the food. I am truly sorry that the wait for your eggs fell so far short of what we had promised. Being told twenty minutes and then waiting closer to forty-five is understandably frustrating, and this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. I have shared your comments with the team so that we can look closely at our timings during busier periods and do better. If you would be willing to share any further details, please do reach out to us at ———, as we would very much appreciate the opportunity to make things right. I do hope you might reconsider and give us another opportunity to show you the warm and attentive experience we strive for. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back.

what we would have written

A 20-minute wait that runs to 45 is a long stretch, and eggs especially should land closer to when they're promised. We're glad the food itself was worth eating when it arrived.
