——— a drink it’s fine. ——— food avoid. Really horrible burger. Very dry smash burger, single patty unseasoned and burnt, big dry bun. £15. Not particularly friendly staff or place.

what we would have written

A smash burger should have a crust from the sear, not dryness from overcooking — and seasoning isn't optional, it's what makes the thing. A patty that's gone too far and a bun that doesn't match it isn't something we'd put out on purpose. We're sorry this one missed. The note on atmosphere is heard too.
