——— a disappointing experience given all of the five star reviews. Very small menu meaning all starters were pre-prepared. This meant the pastry on the salmon starter was dry. The steaks were not seasoned at all and my medium rare steak was chewy. We asked for salt to help and I heard another diner stating they could not taste anything at all.

Nothing we do is pre prepared. ——— would a small venue mean all the starters were pre prepared????? The steak are sous vide in a herb butter. Its literally impossible for them not to be seasoned. A steak that goes out without seasoning isn't something we'd send out knowingly, and a medium rare should be tender — that's not a matter of preference, it's just the cut done right.
