Ordered my food at 11am and recieved my text at 11.50 to collect. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a sausage and egg sandwich..once recieveing the sandwich I found a hair sat in the sauce of the sandwich. Staff were overwhelmed, needs better management of orders or higher staffing. People sat near us arrived and ordered 15 minutes after us and recieved their order 5 minutes before us

A fifty-minute wait is longer than it should be, and we take the flow of orders seriously — particularly during a busy service. On the hair, that is something we look at carefully and the kitchen takes hygiene standards seriously. We're sorry the visit didn't reflect the café at its best.
