Replying to Google reviews — Fitzrovia cafés

The waitress got our order wrong but that’s really okay (people make mistakes!), the thing that make the experience negative was that she got upset (or at least with a big attitude) for getting the order wrong… she was very passive aggressive and expected us to know which table we are seating before ordering (it was our first time! We don’t know the rule or any table number). The overall experience was so negative. Also the dine in cup was so tiny compared to the takeaway cup.
