The music is so loud that the servers cannot hear the guests properly. If you have allergies, this could jeopardize your health. I order a juice, I have a dairy allergy and was the served a latte. When I went to correct the order, they made ME pay for the server’s mistake of giving me a drink I am allergic to and did not order. And the complete opposite of juice. They are very unorganized, and no, it wasn’t a rush either. It also took a while for somebody to let me pay so I could leave. ——— imagine what would have happened if they gave me a drink with milk that I hadn’t ordered that resembled the drink I ordered!

——— accuracy matters more than almost anything else behind the counter — a wrong drink is a wrong drink, and juice and a latte are not easy to confuse. ——— there is genuine uncertainty about what was ordered, the bill should reflect that uncertainty too; charging a guest for a drink they didn't want and can't safely have is not something we'd stand behind.
