Type your café's name. Seconds later, you can read your report and see a full response written for an unanswered Google review.
ReviewVoice gives independent cafés a direct way to see how automated review replies work before signing in. There is no account, card or Google sign-in required to view the report. Start at reviewvoice.co.uk, search for your café and open the result.
See your café's report
Get a clear view of the review conversation around your café.
Your report includes a full response to one of your unanswered reviews — usually the most recent negative one. The response is written in your café's own voice, with language shaped for the kind of business you run.
That matters because a café should sound like itself. A warm neighbourhood coffee shop and a busy takeaway counter do not speak in exactly the same way. The reply should fit the business, not read like generic customer-service wording.
The report lets you read the full response before deciding whether to continue. It is there to show you the wording and the product experience. It does not publish that response to Google.
What does the report actually show?
You see a complete reply, not a description of what a reply might look like.
The report presents the review and its full written response together. You can read the wording, assess whether it sounds right for your café and see how it handles the customer's point.
Review replies are public communication. A short thank-you can acknowledge a positive visit. A response to a complaint needs a different touch: it should address the issue clearly and keep the café's tone. The wording beneath a review is part of how prospective customers encounter the business.
ReviewVoice uses a fixed set of checks before showing the response. That gives the report a practical purpose: you can inspect a real example of the writing, rather than being asked to imagine the result.
What happens when you sign in with Google?
One sign-in starts the live service.
The moment you sign in, your newest unanswered review is answered and published — a welcome, on us; it does not use any of your ten.
That welcome reply is separate from the response shown in the report. Once the Google sign-in step is complete, ReviewVoice handles new reviews on your Business Profile through the same process.
The service writes in your café's voice and checks each reply against a fixed set of rules — tone, the law, and the things a public reply should never say. Replies that pass are published to Google from the same account without waiting for manual approval. Replies that fail the checks stay unpublished.
Publication records include a Google stamp, date and time. That gives the café a record of when a response went live.
Will it sound like your café?
Your replies should sound like your business, not like a generic chain.
Independent cafés build their identity through small details: how staff greet regulars, how the menu is described and how the business responds when something goes wrong. Review replies belong to that same public voice.
ReviewVoice shapes responses around the café's voice and sector. The checks also matter because public replies need to stay within clear boundaries. The aim is a response that fits the business while avoiding wording that should not be published.
The figures behind the service come from its review-reading work: 14,130 Google review replies read from 914 UK cafés. That is the basis for its focus on café review language.
What happens to new reviews after the welcome reply?
New reviews follow the same process automatically.
After the Google sign-in step, each new review on your Business Profile enters the reply process. ReviewVoice writes a response, checks it against the fixed rules and publishes replies that pass. There is no need to wait for a person to handle each new review manually.
The service applies to new reviews arriving after sign-in. It does not go back through reviews that were already there. That keeps the scope clear: the workflow is designed for new review activity, not for working through an old backlog.
For a small café team, that means review replies can continue while staff focus on customers, orders and the day's service. The response still has to pass the checks before it is published.
The first ten replies are free
Try the service before choosing a monthly plan.
The first ten replies are free. The welcome reply is a gift and does not count towards those ten. Once the free replies have been used, you choose a monthly plan for each café: Start £29 (up to 30 replies a month), Pro £49 (up to 60), Elite £89 (up to 120) or Maestro £149 (up to 250).
The price is straightforward: one café, one monthly subscription, and replies to new reviews as they arrive. Cafés with different levels of review activity can use the free replies to experience the service before deciding which monthly plan suits them.
What we do instead
We turn review replies into a clear, repeatable process.
Start with your café name. Read the full reply in the report. When you sign in with Google, the welcome reply is published, and new reviews move through the same writing and checking process. Replies that pass the fixed checks are published; replies that do not pass stay unpublished.
The service is built around your café's public voice and the reviews that arrive next. The report gives you a concrete view of the response. The live workflow takes over from the welcome reply onward.
What it costs
Ten replies are free. Then it is from £29 per month per café, on one of four plans.
The welcome reply costs nothing and sits outside the ten free replies. After those ten, the plan you choose sets how many new reviews are answered a month for that café, from 30 to 250.
Start by searching for your café on reviewvoice.co.uk. Read the report first. Then sign in with Google when you are ready to begin.
